In addition, the domestic thrust bearing has poor accuracy after running-in and wear, and the string amount will be large. And in management, there is no regulation on how long the running-in will take to re-adjust the amount of string. If the axial series is too large, the axis is not well positioned. At the same time, the unit is a reciprocating machine, which will inevitably produce vibration. When the amplitude reaches a certain value, it may impact and break the tooth.

The coupling diaphragm is in a compressed state, and the axial thrust of the high-speed shaft of the reducer happens to be pushed to the coupling, so that most of the axial thrust is borne by the coupling diaphragm, while the thrust bearing bears very little, even Does not bear the axial force, so the centering effect at the high-speed shaft coupling is poor. When the coupling is installed, a misconcentricity of 011mm is allowed. This is where the vibration source of the gearbox is generated. From the perspective of gear damage for many years, the removal of teeth on the side of the large gear compressor has also proved this. Before the transformation, the coupling was hammered down by hand during inspection and the installation clearance was negative.

When transforming the reducer, we took into account the inventory of spare parts, and the size coordination was mostly done on retaining rings and bearing glands to ensure that the inventory of spare parts could still be used. Analysis should be carried out after the gear is removed, and the cause of the problem should not be found. Especially since the imported equipment spare parts mainly rely on domestic production at this stage, problems may arise due to the quality of other spare parts. Therefore, it is very important and necessary for on-site maintenance personnel to correctly determine the cause of the failure and take corresponding measures.
